New video! Wilson Pickett ‘Land of 1000 Dances’ [Hot stepper] Routine

Here’s a fresh beat juggle using an old funk track who’s lyrics no doubt inspired Ini kamoze’s massive 90s hit ‘Hot Stepper’ – I flipped the two songs and ended with a snippet of ‘Jigsy King & Tony Curtis ‘My Sound A Murder’.

Last week I posted this video to instagram with the caption “I’m not planning on entering the Red Bull Thre3style DJ contest this year but if I did I’d probably do stuff like this!” – it quickly gained close to 10,000 views in a couple of days and I received a lot of encouragement to enter the contest, including a message from Red Bull themselves! I stayed up ultra late for 2 nights and managed to get my 5 minute entry vid uploaded just before the deadline! I’m not sure yet if I’ll post the full 5 mins but for now here’s a taster…
